FPS and blueprint issues

I just updated today and I noticed that since 0.7 the fps has dropped from a consistent 58+ to low 40's on the same settings. I have to lower from epic to good and I'm still in the low 50's. What changed? I have been running the game at 1440p epic settings since day 1.

The other new issue I came across is I can't lay down blueprints if I'm looking up or down. I'm only able to lay them down if I'm looking straight ahead.
