PoEII crashes on startup after a displaying the Obsidian logo and playing some music for a second or two, does it have an issue with Intel Xe iGPU? (HP Spectre 14)

This is GOG latest version, have already uninstalled and reinstalled, then verify/check the install repeatedly but to no avail...

I have a RTX 3070 and also have the same problem. My drivers are all newest.

I found my problem! I looked at Event Viewer and found that the faulting module is GalaxyPeer64.dll, version: 1.114.12.0. I moved the file outside of the folder where it originally belongs (C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\redists\peer\msvc-18) and the game launched perfectly!
