Pieces won’t snap to logical location, instead snapping halfway up a wall or showing as red when there’s no discernible reason or obstruction. I’ve also had issues building underneath the floors laid out for a second story. I’m on an Xbox Series X and I’m sure this has been reported, but I wanted to add another voice to the choir hoping that will be addressed in a future patch or update.
