I died underwater before the update, and now I am trapped because the lab is now locked again and my spawn is the god damn lab. I cannot leave or change the spawn 12 hours on this save and its useless now thank you so.

Hey phoenixdarkful, I'm sorry to hear that you're trapped in the lab. If you haven't already moved on from that save, you should be able to interact with either the bed, lean-to, or lab bed to unset the current spawn point. Hopefully, this information will be able to help you in this game or a game in the future.
