It seems with the new update the third switch in the pond depths is blocked. How do i get to it?? * is there another path that i should take?? *

Not sure how much of a spoiler this is , but I will try to give you a few hints to help out.

If you have the underwater lantern, use it. There is a way in, but it is difficult to spot. 

Now, the spoiler/hint: face the barrier in front of the button, back away from the glass

until you can see the structure that houses it and can follow it's shape  with your eyes. 

Watch and see where it goes, to the left and upward. 

You will no doubt run out of air, so save first and reload until you spot the way in.
