Hey all, I just recently got PoE through Epic's freebie deal, and I' ran into an issue.

I can't add/change portraits. I've checked the tutorials, I know I'm doing everything right, the sizing and file extension are correct, etc., but nothing changes. New portraits don't get added, and trying to replace stock PC portraits with new ones doesn't work either.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yo, I had this issue as well. It is a bit tricky, version on Epic has two data folders with the portraits (Don't ask me why):

<your epic launcher games folder>\PillarsOfEternity\data\win\PillarsOfEternity_data\data\art\gui\portraits

<your epic launcher games folder>\PillarsOfEternity\win\PillarsOfEternity_Data\data\art\gui\portraits

I am not sure which one is correct, but try to save your custom portraits into both, then just run the game.
