Rowzdower

Hey all, I just recently got PoE through Epic's freebie deal, and I' ran into an issue. I can't add/change portraits. I've checked the tutorials, I know I'm doing everything right, the sizing and file extension are correct, etc., but nothing changes. New portraits don't get added, and trying to replace stock PC portraits with new ones doesn't work either. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks
