I'm trying to make spiritshift work like swapping weapons, i.e. it uses your action but you get a recovery bonus on the next round. To this end:

1. I added an AttackID to spirit shifts

2. I created an attack (based on one of the defensive wizard spells) and gave it a recovery time of 2, the same as weapon switching

3. Because a recovery time of 2 is enough to change the symbol on the icon in-game from infinity to a filled diamond, but not enough apparently to make the action actually consume your action point, I also set the tactical action override to "Standard."

Unfortunately, while the filled diamond appears on the icon, the action still does not consume my action point. Is there somewhere else I have to set this?
