When my wife and I loaded our save game on Xbox and PC, we run it on my PC, and she plays on the Xbox we use the Xbox game pass. We lost an entire set of Ant armor and a level 2 axe, is anyone else having this issue, they disappeared from my and her inventory and every time I log into the game my action bar items are moved around. Is there anyone having this problem ? This could make the game unplayable if I have to keep crafting new armor and axes when I load the game up.

Sounds like this issue: Some guests have progress and items reset when rejoining host. 

I'd suggest dropping a support ticket in as the team are requesting help on this one.
