Since the public test came out that I try to unlock this mutation in my world but without success, I have tried with another world and the mutation has unlocked without problems and I followed the same procedure to unlock it.

Are you on PC or Xbox? If you are on PC, mind trying to get a copy of the world save where it's not unlocking to add to your post? This way the developers can review the save file and see what's causing the bug. If you are on Xbox however, just give them your gamertag and they can try to work with Microsoft to get the needed files to review.

Pc, but where are the Grounded saves for Microsoft Store / Game Pass users ?

i am having this problem as well, i am trying to include my save file, but it just has save folders and they are too big to attach which one should i attach?
