+new game feature

I want +new game feature and more side quest .Maybe a murder mystery side quest. I want more and I know you can do it OBSIDIAN

It would be cool if we can custom are armor .For example paint your armor different colors and us  Spacers choice Annt Cleo brand maybe you make it in to a side quest out of it

Dont understand the point of new plus in this game. Just start a new game and new char and try a new build. New experiences can come from different quest choices, playstyle and builds.
