Issue - Game CTD after after reset to default audio in windowed mode

Description:

Crash to Desktop (CTD) after adjusting ingame audio and then restoring it to defaults, seems to only happen when in windowed fullscreen mode.

 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Start game
  2. Confirm Display settings are WIndowed Fullscreen
  3. Continue a single player game
  4. Menu -> Options -> Audio -> Adjust some/any of the sliders to a lower level
  5. Apply changes, but don't exit screen
  6. Left mouse click on the Reset to default
  7. Ok/accept the prompt
  8. CTD event occurs immediately after accepting.

Note:   Seems fine when im in fullscreen mode, only get a CTD when Im in windowed fullscreen
