Description:
Crash to Desktop (CTD) after adjusting ingame audio and then restoring it to defaults, seems to only happen when in windowed fullscreen mode.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
Start game
Confirm Display settings are WIndowed Fullscreen
Continue a single player game
Menu -> Options -> Audio -> Adjust some/any of the sliders to a lower level
Apply changes, but don't exit screen
Left mouse click on the Reset to default
Ok/accept the prompt
CTD event occurs immediately after accepting.
Note: Seems fine when im in fullscreen mode, only get a CTD when Im in windowed fullscreen
