Hello, First of all, Thank you for such a fun game. My wife and I are really enjoying it. With that said, We are playing on XBOX, (She is on an XBOX OneX, and I am on an OG XBOX One) we are constantly having issues with getting high ping, and not being able to play the game together to a point, where we have stopped trying. If she loads the game, I then join her, we get HIGH PING notifications, and soon, I am kicked out of the game. Then when I try to rejoin, and will not allow me to. Since the game is saved under her profile, we can not try that in reverse. When she tries to join my game, the same thing happens. With this game not having a couch co-op mode (not that I am complaining, we bought 2 XBOX's for just such a thing) We have no issue playing other games, but THIS one, is a HUGE hurt, we like the game, and would like to continue to play, but with the high ping, on 2 different consoles, inside of the same home (with good internet) we can not play this game for more than 20mins together. Are there any plans to resolve this issue? I see that it is being worked on for PC, but I do not see any reports for XBOX. PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!! Also, my wife seems to be having an issues where she can not get into the mint container to retrieve mint pieces, she was able to barely break them, but had to go under the container to get them. There are still a few mints in the container, but we can not seem to fit into it to get to them. (I might have posted this same thing in another forum, and it might have been the wrong forum, so I am posting it here, again)

Its a known issue on their Trello and hopefully its fixed for you in the upcoming patch in about 1.5 weeks.  Also to help, have you tried deleting saved games to see if that helps?

No, we have not tried that. But we will give it a shot to see if it helps. Tbh, I'm not sure how that would help with "High Ping" because that seems to be an issue with connection, not saves, but we are willing to try anything at this point. Thank you again, I will look forward to the update and see what happens.

I wonder if it's just the OG xbox.  there's another post or 2 here about similar issues with that system.

if you can believe what is posted on Reddit the OG Xbox One is just barely over the required specs for the game.
