Flooded Zone grass and Plant Lamp

Grass in the Southeastern flooded zone part of the map is now growing back (not sure if that is intended or not)

Also , often when trying to construct Plant Lamps , the blueprint will not show up when hitting the space bar , or when clicking the confirmation to build button.  Picking another object to build and then jumping around different sections of the menu seems to sometimes fix the problem, but not always.  Have not noticed this problem with any other decor items , just the Plant Lamp.
