August 20, 20205 yr 3 strike rule. 1st time penalty box for a few minutes real time, 2nd time penalty box and 10 minutes they can't build/remove/etc., 3rd time they're booted from the server. If they're messing up a fight, the 2nd penalty should make the bugs target them when in range. Xbox One X
