Trying to complete All Aboard quest.  Found Botaro, told Biha about Botaro, and found Botaro's money.  There is no Seduzo in the Hole (Slums Tavern) in The Gullet.  Have checked entire tavern, especially the area all the online videos showed Seduzo to be (Standing next to table on the right after you walk in).  Any one else have this problem or know what to do about it?

In my 3 playthroughs I never had a problem with that quest. The captain indeed should be on ground floor of the Hole, sitting by one of the tables, if I remember well.
