Status Effects Window in Action Bar Xbox One

For some reason I inadvertently opened a status effect window on my action bar and cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn it off.  I read somewhere on google to press LT and click on/ioff active effects, but cannot find the button.  During fights, the window grows so large I am unable to see available skills.  Any help would  be most appreciated.

Not only on XBOX, on PS4 also, and even with a 50" 4K TV

Font scaling in the options menu under graphics. 70-130% slider I believe. The lower you go, the smaller the font, so it'll resize the effects window but may make it more difficult to read.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
