I've just finished Paradise of the Mind and as with the other side quests, I normally read a guide to check wether I've missed something. It turns out that I've missed a lot, including the achievement that did not trigger.

I started the quest by going directly to the Sea Lashed Crypt, and I did not talk to Copperhead or Zulka. Now they do not spawn, and I don't have the achievement.

I would ask for the support to at least unlock the achievement for me, this is a DAMN hard quest, probably the hardest in the entire game, and I want to remind myself that I did it.
