I once bought the runelords bundle.

As the party get struck (when I entered the "manage party" page, there was no way to get out. No button to escape. I tried more than 10 times and touched everywhere, only to find nothing)

 

So I deleted the party, feeling frustrated, and tried to start again from the grasp. 

 

Then, I found that I can't select ezren.

 

Whats going on and what can I do in this case?

 

In addition, as I trying to connect device, I was finding my asmodee account password. 

I touches the 'forgot password' button, and It said it had sent me mail.

 

No mail was recieved. Nothing on the spam box and ordinary mail box. 

 

What can I do?
