Has the game been patched/updated since the original release date on Microsoft store?

According to the Microsoft Store App the last date game has been modified was 10/23/2019, two days before the release date. Has the game really not seen a single update for PC since its release till now?

Yes that is the case.  Patch reportedly coming on Monday the 18th of November.
