CarbonSado Posted November 13, 2019 Share Posted November 13, 2019 So, I killed Phineas and am on the part of this quest where I'm supposed to speak to Phineas about the next steps, I don't know how to continue the quest I go to the location and I am unable to do anything I may need his computer passcode but idk where to find it? Devilangel58 Posted November 20, 2019 Share Posted November 20, 2019 Phineas gave you a hint by calling the Board SWINE. He even said it twice to emphasize how much of a SWINE they really were.
