What is the perk Felix gets for finishing his companion quest?  It shows in the finished section but the last box isn't checked and I am not sure if there is a new perk other then ones I chose for him.

It’s the Self Governed perk which means 50% post armour damage to corporate soldiers. It’s not to be found among the tiers.
