"The Gamebreaker" ***SPOILERS*** (Xbox One)

I have just run into a problem and was wondering if anyone else came across it.  During the quest "Brave New World" when entering what appears to be a broadcast room in the Labyrinth the game crashes.  I've tried 5 times now and even tried restarting my console.  I'm at a loss for what it is or what to do.

I am actually having the same issue. I've restarted my console and done a clean reinstall of the whole game. This is the final quest and I cant complete it due to this glitch so we definitely need a solution.
