Alright, so I've encountered a game-breaking bug while just getting ready to dust off from the starting planet during Stranger in a Strange Land. When talking to ADA immediately after the ship launch cinematic (whether skipping the cutscene or watching it), ADA's audio cuts out during her first line of dialog indicating that Phineas is attempting contact. Throughout the conversation, there is no audio. When selecting the option to speak with Gladys, the game locks up entirely preventing progression.

Glitch recorded and posted on my Twitter account here.

Update:

After deleting the game and reinstalling, I seem to have been able to progress further; however, there does appear to be an underlying issue related to loss of VO audio during dialog interactions when interfacing with ADA. When attempting to listen to the distress signal acquired on the Groundbreaker, there is no audio and will cause the game to hard lock, preventing progression.
