My game crush when i enter a room with chairman Rockwell in it

I enter a room with chairman rockwell is in on quest brave new world  when i enter it crushing my game but if i shoot him before i enter it doesn't crush

Mine as well, every time I get near him it crashes, I’m on Xbox One
