The first quest I did in Byzantium was the SubLight one, where I must kill a person.

After doing that quest, the reputation with The Board was damaged beyond 50%. Now I cant go into Byzantium and do other quests (even story quests) because my reputation is damaged.

Same here. The Ice Palace quest killed my reputation before I even got to Byzantium. Can't continue like this.

Additional information

Anyone who has a hostile board reputation as they get to the main story quest on Byzantium is hitting this. You can't currently play the game if you're against the board. Does anyone know if customer support actually monitor these boards? This might be ticket with the dev territory, I don't think other players can help us with this.

Yup. Level 22. Same boat. Made it to Byzantium and everyone was hostile. Can't continue.

Same problem I’m level 30. I’m gonna have to start completely over from scratch. I can’t progress through the story anymore. I’m so mad.

I tried cheating using CheatEngine to drive my reputation back to neutral, and even after my reputation is OK with the board, I am still taking aggro from the NPCs.
