Crash: Final mission

[Polorbear]

Hello, during the final mission of the game, after you've made it into the Prison, I crash after I unlock the door into the chairmans office or interview room what it looks like, I hear the un-disguise sound go away, and the game hard crashes to desktop every time. 

I'm running Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5 1400 OC'd

Geforce GTX 1060

16 Gigs of ram

Event viewer lists the following errors: svchost (9496,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.

Im getting the same crash on the windows store as soon as I walk through the door it just crashes to desktop
