Crash to Desktop in Fallbrook

PC via Xbox (Beta) app.

Game crashes in the middle of Fallbrook. I suspect it is because I never introduced myself to Catherine Malin even though I progressed passed stage one in the quest "Errors Unseen," which expects you to talk to her (I did so by stealing her access card from her and using her computer without her noticing, and never speaking to her.)
Please let me know if you would like logs or a video of the bug.

EDIT: and just like that, with no changes at all and despite happening 5 times in a row, the bug has stopped.

Did you reboot and/or load a different save? Sometimes happens to me too :(:(
