More information, I actually had the game installed but it kept going to "game services" when I tried to launch it so I tried to uninstall the game and reinstall and this happened. Update, I fixed the problem in the video by going to the microsoft store, going to ..., downloads and updates and resuming the update. Edited October 26, 20196 yr by ShyTheBard

October 25, 20196 yr Restarting your computer won't hurt. Other than that all I can say is that I also bought the game directly from MS and for me the installation without issue. I restarted my computer, uninstalled reinstalled, repaired. Thank you for trying though.
