After entering ship game constantly crashes (XBOX1X)

When I enter Hawthorns Ship and talk to ADA, her entire dialogs take ages to activate and during this dialog or just after the game always crashes and I cant get past this point. iv tried dozens of times, started new save, reinstalled game, nothing works

Hello Lexteruk,

I'm sorry you are running into this crash issue when playing the game.  The team is looking into this issue to try to get a fix in, but in the meantime, some players have mentioned going into Edgewater and talking to Reed.  After doing so, they were then able to visit their ship and not have crash issues.
