Will the game in windows store have xbox achievements and xbox cross save?

I’d like to know whether this feature will be implemented at launch or at a later date. 

I don’t see these features on the game’s windows store page but it would be a nice addition to those who own an xbox one and a windows 10 pc as well.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
