POE II Crash Logs + System Specs.zip

I'm having issues starting POE II through Steam. After pressing play in it, I get the message error attached, saying logs were created (multiple attached).

Based on the logs, and your description, it looks like the Unity/Citrix incompatibility issue.  As of mid-last year or so, a new feature was added into Citrix Workspace to allow you to remote in, and then forward control of that session to a third computer through a virtual display (Citrix Indirect Display Adapter).  For whatever reason, that driver has issues with Unity games like Deadfire, and will cause a crash to desktop like you noted.

Your options are:

Normally, I would suggest the quick-and-easy first option, but I'd strongly recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the version from the Windows store.  The UWP version of Citrix on the Windows Store does not include the Casting feature, and shouldn't conflict with Deadfire or other Unity games even after it gets an update.

Hope that helps.

[EDIT: Forgot to mention the somewhat-new UWP version of Citrix on the Windows store.]
