Not only on tooltip, i also don't benefit from the bonuses (verified by mouseovering two handed melee weapon recovery)

Helm of the falcon is supposed to give

Falcon's Wings: 15% of incoming Hits converted to Grazes from Ranged weapons
Raptor's Grip: -10% Recovery Time with two-handed Melee weapons

I have no idea what triggered this, but all of the sudden the Helm does not have any effect anymore. Not only on tooltip, i also don't benefit from the bonuses (verified by mouseovering two handed melee weapon recovery)
