And while casting could I riposte if my weapon allow it?

I’m pretty sure the answer is yes to both of those.

Eternal Devotion is only 10% - and I think yes. At least it works for Imbue shots of the Arcane Archer.

 

Yes, you can do Ripostes while casting. It is a non-animated "passive" attack.
