Galawain choice for hollowborn and Ein Glanfath

Dows the galawain choice in poe1 (strengthening the souls of the living with the souls meant for the hollowborn)  also affects Ein Glanfath? or is it just for the Dyrwood?

I do not recall anywhere saying it would affect Eir Glanfath. In Deadfire, only characters with the Dyrwood background seem to be affected mechanically, i.e., they receive bonus HP.
