I've played for only a few hours as of now, but one recurring bug is my movement for my party is being blocked from walking in areas that would normally be walkable. A red symbol pops up and in some cases prevents me from gathering my party to leave! This has happened to me in various encounters and areas. Would you happen to have a save file where this is occurring so we can use it for an investigation into the issue? If needed, you can find instructions on where to find the save files here.
