Combat speed toggle broken after patch

Since yesterday, I haven't been able to change combat speed. It's always the basic speed regardless what the combat speed meter shows. I have combat speed controls set to < and z, those 2 buttons do nothing if i press them.

For what do you linger here?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
