As said in the title. I am pretty sure that's not intentional behavior.

 

I'm now mildly concerned if other encounters between different enemy types may result in enemies aggroing to each other instead of fighting together against the party.

 

I did notice that enemies that spawned from Essence Interrupter would target both allies and enemies (which is something that happened prior to this patch as well), but enemies appeared to prioritize attacking the summoned monster instead of the party whenever possible.
