Ponamu Bird Scorned missing from Xbox version

Went looking for Ponamu as soon as I read about soulbound weapons etc but he's nowhere to be seen??

 

May not be a bug as such but complete edition is supposed to include all post release DLC so am assuming Deadfire should be amongst them but for the life of me I cannot find a definitve answer?

And still cannot get a simple answer. Is there a mod or a dev team member in the house...? Anyone?

Ponamu is only available in the PC version.
