Confused by stronghold adventure generation

Read various guides on how stronghold adventures work i.e. 2 d25 + prestige score. 

 

My prestige is currently -1 but was was given major adventure which by all accounts should take  a score of 75?? 

 

Can someone shed some light on how these work cause even on a bad day my maths would struggle to get a score of 75 from 50-1???
