[Bug] Arbalest Modal Incorrect value. Last Word's weapon enchant bugged

Hello, i'd like to signal 2 bugs.

 

Arbalest Modal description text mentions a 25% Action Speed debuff, but the modal applies a 33% Action Speed debuff.

 

Then, the WarHammer "Last Word" has an enchant named "Final Say" which does not display, and if enchanted makes the weapon impossible to MouseOver.
