Hello Adun,

 

I'm sorry you are having trouble with the Ale debuff on your character.  If I recall it can take a decent amount of rest time to get rid of the side effects.  I loaded your save file and rested once more with Rice in his food slot and the debuff went away.  I was hoping you might try this and let me know how it goes for you.  I don't want to alter your save file unless absolutely necessary.
