My parties are lost after logging in to asmodee account

All my characters and parties disappear when I log into my asmodee account. They re-appear if I log out.

 

This happened after I've created a second party. Until that moment, the account was syncing without problem. Now, if I want to keep progress I have to give off on the account sync, or start over

 

What platform are you on?

Android

What version of the OS are you running? Android 7.0

What model is the device?

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
