Hi so I'm a 3d modeling student, and I figured that creating models for Poe2 might be cool practice. I have never modded before so I'm a bit confused as to how that would work...

I was wondering if anyone might know of some guide that shows how to put models into the game? And maybe one that shows how to get models/uv out of the game?

Sorry if those are stupid questions I just don't have any experience with this.

That should provide you with all you need to know.

3d models are split in multiple files (meshes, materials, skeleton ....) the prefab files combine those into full 3d models for the game.

I am currently testing, if it is now possible to create new prefabs, but you can at least try and edit existing 3d models.
