January 1, 20197 yr Hi, starting playing with the new patches today and found something odd. I was able to upgrade Gladiator Sword to Exceptional, but some other items I cannot even though I have all the materials. See screenshot. I wanted to upgrade Aloths Scepter. I have all the materials, but it won't let me upgrade. What am I missing? Was there another hidden requirement added for his weapon?
January 4, 20197 yr Salutations Aeon, This is a peculiar issue to be sure, I'll send this in for investigation. Would you be able to send over a save file that is exhibiting this issue with an output log?
January 4, 20197 yr Author I'll see what I can do. I have this issue with all companion items. All non companion items can be upgraded freely. Are there quests related to them now?
January 4, 20197 yr Actually taking a closer look at the screenshot you sent, Aloth's Scepter doesn't appear to have the Fine upgrade which is required to get it to be exceptional.
