Bug in a weapon after enchanting - warhammer 'Last Word'

After  enchanting a weapon named Last Word, a warhammer ('Última Palavra' in PT-BR, my language game) the description of enchantments has disappeared and shows a line of error - system.nullreference exception: object reference not set to an instance of object - and the weapon lost its references. See the images to help.

Specifically, this occurs when you give it the "Final Say" enchant.
