Lost game progress / Constantly need to sign into Asmodee through PC client


I'm finding that I constantly need to sign into Asmodee through PC client.  Shouldn't it link automatically?


Also, because of this, I believe my game content has either been deleted, isn't syncing, or is missing.  After completing Brigadoon scenario, the continue button is greyed out for me on the PC client.  Also, the party I used does not appear anywhere for re-use.  On my Android client linked to Asmodee, the party I used is shown on turn 1/unused.


What's going on?


  • What platform are you on? Stream/Android/iPad, etc.
    • Steam / Android
  • What version of the OS are you running? Android 4.4, iOS 9.3, etc.
    • ​Windows 10 / Android 9 (PQ1A.181205.006)
  • What model is the device? Galaxy Tab 3, iPad Mini 4, etc.
    • ​PC / Google Pixel 3 XL
  • What is your PFID#? (Located in the settings menu)
    • 98B5A5747AB846E7

Contact Obsidian Support - and check your PFIDs before signing on to Asmodee, after, or in all devices you use. You probably have two (or more) different PFID numbers, which can only be joined by Obsidian Support. Good luck!
