Dear Support,

I just bough Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire and the game is unplayable. It crashes every time after a few seconds. I am rarely able to reach the end of character generation.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

I am able to start the game and watch the intro but the game crashes after a few seconds, usually around the time I reach Berath.

Tried solutions:

The error is always the same, I spent 2 days trying to solve it by trying every solution I could find in this forum but nothing worked. A few examples of what I did:

1. Reduce the graphic options to the minimum

2. https://support.obsidian.net/article/35-frame-rate-issues-and-constant-crashing-with-nvidia-gfx-cards

3. Re-install the game

4. Clean format computer and install all drivers again

Important Files:

You can find the crash report in this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1jk8ajvdK5xqnxrD7ePKf7-TssW-chYiV

If you need anything else please let me know, thank you for your time.

Hello Pinpyon,

I'm sorry you are having these issues with Deadfire.  I put a report together with all the amazing information you provided and assigned it to the Programming team for an investigation.  If you discover anything else about these issues, please continue to post them here as I will be linking this thread to the bug report for them to use this as a reference.

Thank you Pinpyon, and sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
