Maybe someone will find this useful. If you upgrade Effort (2h sword with Raw Damage over time) to Hemorrhaging, it can cause Hobble or Sicken on crits. It works with abilities like Wrath of Five Suns (so I guess it should work even with spells and other AoE effects).
